I’ve frequented this place for years.
Arrived at 4:30, waited outside…
or drove by fingers crossed: “No line – no line – no line – pleeeeeease!!!” <<< That doesn't happen but it can be worth the wait if you are hungry, aka starving for sushi of epic proportions.
Here are some pictures I’ve collected OVER THE YEARS. Imagine all the times I did not think to photograph my plates!
Some of my favorites:
Unagi (River Eel)
Hawaiian (Spicy tuna mix, smelt roe, green onion, sesame seeds, & mayo sauce, rolled in sliced cucumber)
Dragon Roll (Shrimp tempura, cucumber, river eel, real crap, topped with avocado, roe, unagi sauce, tempura flakes, spicy mayo & sesame seeds)
Mt. Hood Roll (Spicy tuna, real crab, green onion, avocado, lettuce, cucumber, smelt roe, sesame seeds & special dip sauce)
Big ‘O’ Roll (Cream cheese, crab fish, smelt roe, mixture of fish (chef’s choice) & special dip sauce)
